Ceyda has over 18 years management experience in human resources and training within multi-cultural corporate environments.
After having led many organisational change projects for variety of international and local companies, she has launched a management and training consultancy business for a multinational hotel and service group.
After moving to Vancouver, Canada as a skilled immigrant, she sought after every opportunity for having the utmost experience within different settings so that she could offer invaluable distinct tools and views to the Newcomers.
She has presented her ground-breaking perspective by introducing online webinars and group coaching tools at the Internationally
Trained Professionals Conference – British Columbia Career Management Association on March, 2010. These self-empowering tools and webinars for skilled immigrants enable them to get the necessary skills and knowledge before they immigrate to Canada. As the Founder and Managing Director of Diversity Group Coaching (DG), she specializes in diversity management, group coaching, team coaching and provides individual/group coaching and organizational consulting related to diversity themes.
She holds a bachelors degree in English language and masters in human resources management. She is a certified human resources professional, also holds a certificate on intercultural studies from UBC. Connection, curiosity and service are the strongest ties that keeps her engaged and active in her community.
